Designed and constructed in two phases, the scope of work for Phase I included modifying and renovating 232,500 square feet of office space to support operations of Smith & Nephew's Orthopaedics division. In addition to individual work areas, renovations included a large executive suite, four café-style dining areas, and reconfiguring over 50 conference rooms.
The second phase of work included building a medical education conference center with working laboratory spaces, a 150-seat auditorium and a full cafeteria--all within an existing 60,000-square-foot shell structure. Phase II was completed in 2011.
