Smith & Nephew

After providing Smith & Nephew with master planning and conceptual design services for several different relocation options, The Crump Firm was selected to design the complete renovation of the new location, the former Harrah’s building.

Broken into two phases, phase one's scope of work includes modifying and renovating 232,500 square feet of office space, which included a large executive suite, four café-style dining areas and reconfiguring over 50 conference rooms. The second phase of work included building a medical education conference center with working laboratory spaces, a 150-seat auditorium and a full cafeteria out of an already existing 60,000-square-foot shell structure.

The Crump Firm provided architectural, interior design, master planning and FF&E coordination services for this project.
