Wolf River Medical Arts is the latest addition to the ever-expanding medical corridor along the Wolf River in Germantown, Tennessee. Built on an ecologically sensitive 3.7-acre site, The Crump Firm, Inc. developed a building that limits its impact on a nearby nature preserve while still maintaining an inspiring design.
Because of its close proximity to the scenic Wolf River, the building had a strict set of design requirements to prevent any negative impact on the river and surrounding ecosystem.
The imposing porte-cochere was designed to create a campus atmosphere with walkways and plantings in the plaza area. The tower at the building’s main entrance enhances its two-story scale and lends consistent identity when seen from its most visible sides. The building features similar design elements as the other buildings in the complex, with the exception of a unique main entrance.
